Awareness Session on “How to prepare a successful patent application -advice from the perspective of a patent examiner” (Online via Zoom) – 26 April 2022

World Intellectual Property Day – April 26, 2022

IP and Youth: Innovating for a Better Future

The ingenuity, creativity, drive, and vision of the world’s young inventors are considered the future of the country. Patenting an invention requires research on the innovative attempt and then drafting the patent specification in the proper manner. The scenario is typically techno-legal.

Celebrating the World Intellectual Property Day 2022, the National Intellectual Property Office is organizing the above session. Dr. Lutz Mailänder, Head of the Cooperation on Examination and Training Section, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) will be the speaker of this two and half hours session. There will be a Q&A session as well in the end, where important questioned will be taken for discussion.

TISC staff in the country, University academia, scientists and researchers and more importantly inventors can register in the event using the link below. Due to limited availability of participating opportunities, we encourage the early registration.
