National Intellectual Property Office of Sri Lanka (NIPO) with the assistance of the United States Patent and Trademark Office(USPTO) will be organizing an awareness raising session on the 'U.S. Trademark Examination Practices and Madrid Accession Experiences' for NIPO officials, IP agents, Industry and Government institutes from 27th - 28th July 2017.

On this occasion, USPTO will be represented by Ms. Nancy Omelko, Attorney- Advisor of Policy and International affairs, Ms. Attiya Malik, Attorney- Advisor of Policy and International affairs and Ms. Shilpi Jha, Senior Legal IP Counsel- South Asia, in the office of Patent and Trademark, US Embassy in New Delhi, India.
